Described as a ‘Lingering Vodka’ made in a copper pot still and infused with slow ripened apples from the garden at Shandy Hall in Coxwold, Yorkshire, along with botanicals from old Georgian gardens. The result is a particularly smooth herbaceous vodka with notes of apple and cinnamon crumble and freshlymown grass.
Puffing Billy Vodka 11.30
A unique vodka here from The Borders Distillery, Puffing Billy is made with a base of malted barley, which is pot-distilled and then redistilled using a specially-commissioned Carterhead still named Puffing Billy that steams the spirit vapours through charcoal inside the still itself.

Craigellachie 17 30.20
A range of Craigellachie single malts was released for the first time in 2014. The distillery is known for its meaty character, and the 17-year-old is sweet and slightly smoky, with tropical fruit notes.
The Glenrothes 18 31.10
Matured in sherry casks, the majority of which were first-fill, this is a sweet and spicy whisky with notes of vanilla, fresh ginger and pear.
The Glenrothes 25 75
The pinnacle of The Glenrothes new range is this decadent 25-year-old, which was awarded the Chairman’s Trophy at the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge. Aged in mostly first-fill sherry-seasoned casks, it has notes of tropical fruits, coriander seed and salted caramel.
The Glenrothes Whisky Makers Cut 18.50
A rich non-age-statement whisky matured entirely in first-fill sherry casks, with notes of orange, vanilla, nutmeg and oak. It is part of The Soleo Collection: a range of five whiskies from Glenrothes, ranging from 10 to 25 years old, which pay homage to the grapes from which some sherries, such as Pedro Ximénez, are made.

A four-year-old golden rum that’s inspired by Bacardi founder Don Facundo’s original recipe. Anejo Cuatro is a vibrant spirit with notes of honey, vanilla and oak spices, as well as a smooth palate that’s rounded out by the inclusion of some five and six-year-old rums.
Santa Teresa 1796 16.30
Honeyed single estate rum from Venezuela with elements of bitter chocolate, nuts and buttery biscuits. Unusually for a rum it is made through the solera process: casks of different aged rums are stacked vertically with the oldest (aged around 35 years) at the bottom, and as the distiller draws rum from one cask they top it up with younger liquid from the blend.

About Boisdale of Canary Wharf
Set on the second floor of an Art Decot building overlooking the fountains in Cabot Square with a view to the City of London sky line, the restaurant is one of the most majestic premises to have opened in famous Canary Wharf in recent years. It bears the distinctive Boisdale restaurant design of lacquer red and dark green walls, rich mahogany panelling, with an eclectic collection of classical and modern original artwork.
