About Dehesa Restaurant
Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas bar that draws inspiration from the foods of Italy and Spain. Dehesa, which offers sharing dishes served in a casual setting, opened in January 2008 and is the sister restaurant to Salt Yard in Fitzrovia, Opera Tavern in Covent Garden, and Ember Yard in Soho.
