About SMOKESTAK

In a rustic industrial setting in edgy Shoreditch, David Carter, who was born and raised in Barbados, transforms barbecued meat info to fine plates with intensely juicy, smoky flavour. Highlights of the menu include a brisket bun with pickled red chilli, pork belly rib and crispy cheek with anchovy mayo, while serious carnivores can order a whole beef brisket for sharing. Desserts are clearly suitably indulgent, with sticky toffee pudding, salted caramel ice cream and poached rhubarb with custard. A menu of refreshing cocktails to offset the hearty meat includes rhubarb sour, burnt peach old fashioned and a green chilli Tommy’s margarita.
